We can tell that depressions effect us a lot, they compel us to distract and lose efficiency when doing jobs. We may look at a still object without a blink of eye even for a whole day, or staring at the job undertaken but is really not doing anything. But frankly, that's not what we expect. We all like to enjoy a nice emotion, live cheerful, and just stir clear away from sadness. Then, it is said that, no matter what circumstances are we under, there is at least one freedom for us to choose our attitude toward life. It is easy said than done, uh? Well, admitting we are tend to be mature, having the conscious to distinguish what condition for us is the best should be a ought-to-be. When we decide to opt optimistic, chances are that the used gray world may just become shiny in our mind, more or less. So give up complaining or groaning, just cheer ourselves up by ourselves, and bravely face to the new day.
